INSURANCE

Employees working in insurance companies in the Luxembourg financial sector are protected by a collective bargaining agreement (CBA). This agreement is concluded between trade unions (including ALEBA, of course!) and the employers, i.e. members of the Association des Compagnies d'Assurances et de Réassurances du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg (ACA) - www.aca.lu. This CBA guarantees high-quality working conditions, often going beyond what is provided for in the Labour Code.

The last CBA for employees in the insurance sector was signed in June 2024 and remains in force until the end of 2026. On request, a paper copy of the most recent CBA (in German, French or English) can be provided to you!
