Assists and supports over 700 union reps;
Participates in the construction and improvement of social dialogue within companies;
Advises and supervises union reps on all types of individual and collective matters;
Trains union reps through a training programme adapted to their needs (available in three languages);
Trains union reps on collective bargaining agreements (CBA);
Ensures the application of all CBAs to which ALEBA is a signatory;
Organises the social elections with the union reps in their company;
Organises awareness-raising activities in companies;
Brings union reps together in working groups;
Shares information about union actions.
