ALEBA has working groups or "Committees", each in charge of a different thematic area.

Membership Development Committee

Membership Development Committee: this committee is chaired by Thierry Roland and includes several members: Katarzyna Rzosinska, Laurent Tresch, Alain Back, and Fabrizio Salucci. For the precise mission of this committee, please contact Thierry directly.

Delegation Development Committee

Delegation Development Committee: this committee is currently chaired by Fabrizio Salucci and has 3 other members: Thierry Roland, Stéphane Beherlet, and Jan Lange, as well as the Coordination team members. Its mission is to find and develop new delegates in companies across all sectors. The committee meets weekly and works on various development projects.

Comité des Sages

Comité des Sages: this committee is chaired by Alain Back and has 4 members: Martine Birmann, Colette Weber, Jan Lange, and Fabrizio Salucci as secretary. The committee meets regularly to work on labour law and social law topics, among others. Its mission is to give an opinion on national political matters that affect almost everyone and everything.

Supervisory Committee

Supervisory Committee: this committee is currently chaired by Fabrizio Salucci and has two other members, Alain Back and Jan Lange, plus a newly elected member from the last General Assembly (to confirm with Fabrizio). The Supervisory Committee's role, broadly speaking, is to oversee the Association's finances and give an opinion on ALEBA's financial management. It is a statutory body whose members must be fully independent from ALEBA's management. Its responsibilities include assisting the General Treasurer in preparing the annual budget and ensuring it is respected, reviewing the Association's accounting, and reviewing the annual accounts before they are presented to the Board of Directors and reviewed by an approved company auditor if necessary, at the annual General Assembly.
