ALEBA's Board of Directors is responsible for managing, representing and defending union members' interests and aspirations. It also maintains contact with the Staff Delegations and participates in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements (CBA). It currently has 36 members, who were elected for five years at the General Meeting held in 18 June 2019. It generally meets once a month, and is at your service.
