Already more than 700 delegates

ALEBA currently has 700 Staff delegates in more than 150 companies. ALEBA has gained the massive trust of employees over decades, thanks to serious, skillful, creative and constructive trade union work.

Any employee can run for the different staff elections as long as he/she can prove one year of seniority on a fixed-term/permanent contract within the company that employs him/her. The most important thing is to be sincere as your colleagues are counting on you.
