Banking sector: Payment of the €500 bonus resulting from the CBA negotiations

We are proud to announce to our members in the banking sector that, following constructive negotiations on the Collective Bargaining Agreement led by ALEBA, the other unions and ABBL (Association des Banques et Banquiers, Luxembourg), an exceptional bonus of 500 euros will be paid in January salaries.

This result is the fruit of a collective effort, demonstrating the importance of rewarding employees' efforts in a challenging economic climate.

It is a recognition of the daily commitment of our teams, and a further step in the evolution of the Banking CBA towards greater fairness and recognition.

ALEBA would like to thank all the stakeholders for their active involvement throughout this process, as well as the employer representatives for their collaboration.

This example highlights the importance of collective labour agreements as an essential tool for guaranteeing fair and motivating conditions in all sectors. Let's continue to defend and promote this social dialogue, which is essential for collective progress!
