As part of the negotiations on the Collective Labour Agreement for POST Telecom employees, the social partners reached an agreement on Thursday 1 August 2024.
The collective agreement will be valid until 31 December 2025 with retroactive effect to 1 January 2024 and provides for improvements in the following categories:
Transposition of the wage agreement to the civil service
Harassment, right to disconnect and special leave
Working hours
Knowing that the next few months are going to be very busy with the introduction of Deep and the merger with our colleagues at EBRC, ELGON and Digora Luxembourg, we have opted to negotiate a smaller collective agreement valid for two years, but one that guarantees a pay rise and other benefits for all employees.
We are confident that the details of the merger will be well advanced by the end of 2025 and that we will be able to enter into more in-depth negotiations with our new colleagues.
The new collective agreement is due to be signed on 06 August 2024.
