Insurance CLA: ACA and unions reach agreement

Luxembourg, le 4 juin 2024 – ALEBA is pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached with the ACA as part of the negotiations on the new collective agreement for the insurance sector. Following a review of the final text by the negotiators this week, it was signed on Tuesday 4 June at 11am at the House of Finance.

The main advances achieved are as follows:

Increase in starting salaries:

• +6% pour les groupes 1 et 2
• +4% pour le groupe 3
• +3% pour le groupe 4
• +2% pour les groupes 5 et 6

Remuneration:

• Salary increases via a three-year guarantee of €18 (index 100) up to threshold 1 and €12 (index 100) between thresholds 1 and 2.

Increase in the amount of the June bonus:

• 2024 = Bonus paid in 2023 + 15%
• 2025 = premium paid in 2024 + 1.5
• 2026 = premium paid in 2025 + 1.5

Payment of an attractiveness bonus:

• 2024 = 500 €
• 2025 = 400 €
• 2026 = 400 €
