Ursula Koch – Bringing cross-border issues to the attention of lawmakers

Dear colleagues in the financial sector,

Thank you very much for the very positive feedback I have received for my candidacy as a German cross-border worker. I have been working in Luxembourg since 1989 and have experienced both good and bad times for the financial industry. So far, Luxembourg has always found a good way to overcome crises.

In my opinion, the main task for the delegates of the CSL is to advise the staff on their rights and obligations and to provide support in times of crisis. The workers’ perspective on topics such as remote work, digital disconnection, bullying, and collective agreements need to be brought closer to the lawmakers in order to then be factored in the laws.

This is why I support ALEBA, which is politically neutral! Vote List 3!
