Successful first working group for the 2026 Insurance CBA

On April 28, 2026, we held our first working group dedicated to the future Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for the Insurance sector. The objective of this meeting was clear: to gather, listen to, and structure all the ideas and suggestions for improvement raised from the field. Thanks to the active participation of our delegates and the expertise of our negotiators, the discussions were extremely constructive and allowed us to lay a solid foundation for drafting our list of demands.
