Make your voice heard
For the first time in the social and health sector, ALEBA obtains the majority of seats within the staff delegation of the new ASBL HUT, succeeding the two former entities Caritas (Foundation and CAS - Accueil et Solidarité). This result marks a decisive turning point and demonstrates a strong desire among employees to embark on an innovative, pragmatic union path focused on achieving concrete results through social dialogue.
First and foremost, we would like to thank all the voters for warmly trusting us. This vote is a strong signal: HUT employees have chosen a grassroots, responsive, and constructive unionism, where listening and efficiency precede ideological stances.
We also congratulate all the candidates who participated in these elections, regardless of their union affiliation. Their commitment is essential to ensuring a vibrant social dialogue that is representative of the realities on the ground.
ALEBA is aware of the responsibility that now falls upon it. Being in the majority is an honour but also a challenge: rigorously and determinedly defending the interests of employees, providing concrete solutions to the problems they encounter, and building, together, a stable and balanced working environment.
This result marks the beginning of a new chapter: modern unionism founded on transparency, expertise, and the ability to achieve sound progress for workers. ALEBA is committed to living up to this mission and embodying the change HUT employees have chosen.
We thank them again for their trust and assure them that this delegation will be by their side every day to make their voices heard and defend their rights.
ALEBA, unionism of results.
