ALEBA has the honor to invite you to its Ordinary General Meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. at the Chambre des Salariés (2-4 rue Pierre Hentges, L-1726 Luxembourg), as well as to its Extraordinary General Meeting, which will take place on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at 29, avenue Monterey, L-2163 Luxembourg.

- Ordinary General Meeting -
Welcome and opening remarks by the President;
Approval of the minutes of the previous General Meeting;
Annual report on the Association's activities by the Board of Directors, represented by the Secretary General;
Annual financial statements:
Financial report by the Board of Directors, represented by the General Treasurer;
Report of the Supervisory Committee;
Fiduciary audit report.
Approval of the annual financial statements as of December 31, 2025;
Presentation and approval of the budget for the 2026 financial year by the Board of Directors, represented by the General Treasurer;
Discharge (Absolution) to the Treasurer;
Discharge to the members of the Board of Directors and to the statutory auditor;
Resignations, dismissals, end of terms, appointment and/or re-election of directors;
Election of the members of the Supervisory Committee;
Amendment of the Articles of Association (Statutes);
Presentation of the Association's upcoming projects;
Miscellaneous / Other business.

If you are unable to attend the Ordinary General Meeting on June 3 and/or the Extraordinary General Meeting on June 24, 2026, you have the possibility to be represented by giving a proxy to another member. Click here to download the document (in French): the proxy form must be filled out, signed, and returned to us by email info@aleba.lu (or handed directly to your proxy holder).
There is also the option to participate online. Please note, however, that from a legal standpoint, remote voting will not be possible. Furthermore, online presence will not officially count toward the quorum, and those connected will not be recorded as attendees in the minutes. For security reasons, identification must be possible, and your camera must be turned on. Anyone who does not activate their camera will be disconnected.
