Meeting of the German Works Councils Working Group

On Monday, 2 March 2026, the working group of German works councils of ALEBA met.

The meeting was moderated by Sandra Carvalho (ALEBA coordinator and CSL representative), Jean-Jacques Rieff (Vice-President of ALEBA) and Ingo Repplinger (works council chairman at Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe and head of the working group).

The agenda included current tax issues, presented by lawyer and tax advisor Miriam Keusen, and the new pension law, presented by CSL advisor Dylan Theis.

The injustices faced by cross-border commuters, presented by Uschi Koch (Chair of the DZ Privatbank Staff Council and CSL representative), and the new banking collective agreement, negotiations for which are set to begin at the end of the year, were also discussed.
