New collective agreement at POST Telecom

On 13 November 2025, ALEBA and POST Telecom staff representatives signed a new Collective Labour Agreement, which will come into force on 1 January 2026 and remain in force until 31 December 2027.

This new collective labour agreement provides for the continuation of the current collective agreement and a 2.5% pay rise in January 2026.

ALEBA is delighted with the content of the discussions with POST Telecom management, which illustrates the importance and quality of social dialogue.
