Pressure, overload, harassment: a reminder that ALEBA has your back at the Big Four

Two outreach actions, led by our team and our delegates in the financial sector, took us out to meet employees at the Big Four.

We're concerned about the working conditions of consultants within these companies — pressure at work, dismissals, harassment, overtime, AI-related challenges. We wanted to remind them that ALEBA is here to support them if they're facing difficulties in their workplace.

The reception was warm, the conversations meaningful, and we came away feeling great about it. A big thank you to our whole team and to the delegates involved.
